Our Story

Blue Ridge Agents Insurance started over 15 years ago when our founder, Paul Minichino, saw firsthand how the right Life Insurance policy could shield a grieving family from financial hardship. That moment defined our mission: making insurance simple and giving families true peace of mind.

Paul and his wife, fellow insurance expert Sam, launched the business right here in Winchester. To better serve our neighbors, we quickly expanded beyond Life Insurance into Medicare Plans, Health, and Property & Casualty Coverage.

As we grew, so did our crew. Our first official office was a single, packed room on Valley Avenue. When everyone was on the phone at once, it was absolute, high-energy chaos, but we loved every minute of it. By the spring of 2024, we wanted more space to be able to host our neighbors, and we were lucky enough to move into our permanent home in Downtown Winchester.

Today, our goal remains exactly the same: to make insurance simple and ensure you feel supported and confident. Stop by and see us, our doors are open weekdays from 9 to 4!
