Joe and staff are great folks to work with. I hear all kind of stories about insurance salesman not answering their phones, I can honestly say that I have never called Joe that he didn't answer his phone. And if he is busy and his staff can help me he turns the phone over to his staff, that in my book is the way things should be done, I'm 83 years old and a lot of this new fangled ways don't set too well with me, when i have a question I want to talk to a person not a machine.
